Sí, son adictivas. ¡Sujetadme o terminaré de zamparme las cuatro galletas que quedan en el plato y no quedarán ni las migas!
Y es que están ricas, ricas.
Esta receta, que ya le pillé hace tiempo a El comidista, la he repetido muchísimas veces, tantas que podría repetir la cantidad de ingredientes de memoria.
No falla nunca, ya seas "chocolatero" o "no chocolatero". En el desayuno, el café de la tarde o como picoteo. Simplemente perfectas para cualquier momento y cualquier situación que se preste a tomar un dulce.
En esta ocasión les he añadido algo que las hace espectaculares... Un trozo de bombón blandito en el centro que hace que desees llegar al corazón de esta galleta.
¿Quieres saber cómo las he preparado?
- 240 gr. de harina de trigo
- 1 cucharadita pequeña de bicarbonato sódico
- 1 cucharadita de impulsor químico
- 1 cucharadita de sal
- 140 gr. de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
- 100 gr. de azúcar moreno
- 80 gr. de azúcar blanco
- 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
- 1 huevo grande
- 200 gr. de chocolate negro troceado
- Bombones Coulant Caja Roja de Nestlé (estos bombones son ideales para el resultado que pretendemos conseguir por su interior cremoso; también nos serviría poner una cucharada de crema de cacao en caso de que no deis con los bombones o de que los compréis expresamente para preparar esta receta y os los terminéis antes de lo ricos que están)
- En primer lugar, mezclaremos la harina con la sal y el bicarbonato sódico.
- Por otro lado, batiremos la mantequilla con los azúcares, la vainilla y el huevo.
- Mezclaremos los ingredientes secos con los líquidos.
- Añadiremos los trozos de chocolate.
- Taparemos el bol con la masa en su interior y lo pondremos a reposar en la nevera. Si preparáis la masa el día anterior a hornear, mucho mejor.
- Precalentaremos el horno a 180 º.
- Sacaremos la masa de la nevera.
- Como los bombones que he utilizado son grandes, los he dividido en dos.
- Formaremos bolas con la masa y, en el centro de éstas, pondremos un trozo de bombón.
- Pondremos las bolas de masa sobre la bandeja del horno, cubierta previamente con papel vegetal.
- Hornearemos unos 15 minutos.
- Las dejaremos enfriar antes de comerlas, ya que recién sacadas del horno están muy blanditas y se rompen fácilmente.
